I only have great things to say about Get Fit. I have worked very closely with Coach Ashley on and off since summer of 2018. I want to point out that life gets in the way of being healthy sometimes, and I have to make the decision of how much I can commit to the gym at given times. Whenever I've needed to get myself back on track, Ashley has always been there to take me back with wide open arms. Always supportive and encouraging, and she truly cares for my well being. On top of that, the atmosphere and the people of the gym are all just so incredible and welcoming! There is never a feel of judgment, only support! I love GET FIT Hendersonville for so many reasons! I recommend it for anyone who wants to be apart of a community that truly cares for you and your well being!
