Many people’s lives have been flipped upside down for the past few months.
Healthy foods have been harder to get … gyms and fitness studios were closed … kids have been home from school …. plus, there was a lot of stress!
It has been a LOT.
But now it’s time to dig in and get focused again!
School is back in session (kind of), it’s time to get back in a routine and kick those healthy habits in gear again. No excuses!
I know jumpstarting yourself back up can seem like a big job, but the fact is … it really isn’t.
In reality - all that resistance is just in your head!
Your body WANTS you to eat healthy foods. Your body WANTS to move … and feel healthy, strong and energized!
The key is you just have to START … and take action, as soon as possible.
The longer you wait, the harder it will be to get back on track!
The other day a client came into the gym! She did a workout and afterwards told me she felt great. The next day she sent me a message that said she was extremely sore but that she was so happy to be working out again. The best part is that she said it was good for her mind and her body.
She had been stuck working from home, got in a mini-rut, and had forgotten how much better she feels after she works out. Even though she was just sitting at home all day it can be exhausting and spending any extra energy to workout seemed like a lot of work at the time.
Now she has picked herself up, got her booty out the door for a workout and has finally realized how IN CONTROL she actually is . It is important now more than ever to only worry about the things we can control since there is so much out there that we cannot. Plus, her added confidence boost was a bonus!
I want to encourage you to fall back in love with feeling great!
